Service Policy

We offer our Senior Citizens Medicare assignment for all office "covered" services. Payment or insurance copayment is required in full at appointment check-in. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Please call or email us to discuss our fees and billing structures.

We participate with Carefirst Blue Shield, Carefirst Blue Choice, Medicare, United Health Care Plans, MDIPA, Optimum Choice, One Net/Alliance, Unicare,CIGNA(Great West) PPO, Tricare, and Aetna to name a few. Other health plans we can bill for you.
